Big Celebration Held Jan. 12, 2020
Bocilla Islands Conservancy had much to celebrate. The afternoon began with a ribbon cutting ceremony on our newest (and 9th) conservation property at 181 Bocilla Drive. The purchase of this land was made possible in part by a $20,000 grant from the Selby Foundation.
The group then moved to the Eco-Environmental Island Conservancy Property at 160 Gasparilla Way. Volunteers who worked on improvements for this property were thanked and our newly published children's book,
How the NoNO Gnome Forest Came to Be, was introduced.
This was followed by a Thank You Garden Party for all of our supporters.
